Facility and Equipment

Located in Kent, WA, January Company operates out of 94,000 square foot facility. Our building improvements include thousands of square feet of cooler and freezer space as well as temperature controlled processing and packaging rooms. Our sausage kitchen features a meat grinding/mixing system capable of tens of thousands of pounds of volume per day. This system feeds our high speed linkers, which can stuff both collagen and natural casings. Our ovens are capable of drying, roasting, and steaming products. Finally, the finished products are packaged on machines that utilize vacuum sealing and are capable of using both non-rigid and rigid materials to create a variety of different packs. Our facility and equipment are expertly maintained by dedicated in-house personnel as well as by the technical support teams of our vendors.
